Mr. Harris is a senior financial manager with over 30 years of diverse business experience, including serving as a CFO in the chemical and healthcare industries and as a Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers' LLP, where he spent 21 years directing audits and financial services primarily for middle-market manufacturing and service businesses and healthcare organizations.
Mr. Harris received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University, cum laude, in 1976 and he is a Certified Public Accountant. |
