Mr. Koffler’s professional career has focused on corporate restructuring. Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Koffler
was an Associate at Rothschild, Inc., where he helped execute Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings
for companies across a broad range of industries and he began his career as an Analyst at Wasserstein Perella & Co. (nka Miller Buckfire).
Mr. Koffler received his M.B.A from the Harvard Business School and his undergraduate business degree from George Washington University. |
