Keith A. Polak
Operating Principal
Mr. Polak has over 20 years of leadership and management experience in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on process and profitability improvement, supply chain enhancement, and operations management.
He previously served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Foamex LP, a $1 billion dollar industrial manufacturing concern; with PriceWaterhouseCoopers' LLP’s Management Consulting practice where he led numerous profit improvement and restructuring engagements; and with General Electric Industrial Power Systems in various operations management roles.
Mr. Polak spent 10 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and he is a graduate of Purdue University with an M.S. in Engineering Management. |
