William R. Quinn
Principal
Mr. Quinn has over 20 years of varied experience in private equity and financial services, including as a Principal with buyout firm focused on control investments in distressed assets and as a Vice President with a major banking institution.
He has held a full range of equity-sponsored portfolio company responsibilities, including acquisitions and divestitures, board of directors accountability, senior management recruitment and oversight, strategic planning, and financial reporting and structuring.
Mr. Quinn holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University, and is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
He is currently a director of Versa’s portfolio companies Bob’s Stores, Ohio Community Media and Polartec.
