Jonathan Tyburski
Vice President
Mr. Tyburski's professional career has focused on principal investing and advisory in mergers, acquisitions, and special situations in both private and public markets. Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Tyburski was an Associate Vice President in the private equity arm of Paramount BioCapital Asset Management where he was responsible for sourcing and execution of buyout, growth equity, and venture capital investments in the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr. Tyburski was an Associate in Medical Technology equity research with Bear, Stearns & Co. and a financial analyst with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.
Mr. Tyburski received his B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a CFA charterholder and has Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 securities licenses. |
