Randall R. Schultz
Principal, Operations
Mr. Schultz is an executive with over 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retail and services with expertise in financial management, mergers and acquisitions and turnarounds.
Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Schultz was CFO of Gold’s Gym International; VP of Finance & IT for America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses; and CFO for MagneTek - European Operations.
Mr. Schultz holds a BS in Accounting and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
He is currently a director of Versa’s portfolio companies Bell and Howell and Brite-Line Technologies.
