Mr. French is an executive with over 30 years experience in senior management and as a partner with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. He has served as a director, senior executive and consultant to both large and small companies utilizing his significant experience in the areas of acquisitions and divestitures, strategic planning, operational improvement, due diligence reviews, retail liquidations, bankruptcy administration and financial and crisis management.
He is currently a Director of Allen-Vanguard, Black Angus Steakhouses, Bob’s Stores, Brite-Line Technologies, Holliston, Plymouth Rubber Europa, Polartec, Republic Storage Systems and Simplexity.
A former U.S. Naval Officer, Mr. French received his MSBA from the University of Denver, a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Dubuque, and he is a Certified Public Accountant. |
