Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Friedman was a financial restructuring analyst at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he helped execute Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings for debtors and creditors across a range of industries.
Mr. Friedman received a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Real Estate, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. |
