Aaron H. Headley
Vice President
Mr. Headley has several years of private equity and investment banking experience. Prior to attending business school and joining Versa, Mr. Headley served as an Associate at TouchStone Partners, where he focused on making private equity investments in distressed and special situations opportunities. Prior to that, he spent five years in Wachovia’s investment banking unit, where he underwrote leveraged finance transactions and managed a portfolio of corporate debt.
Mr. Headley received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a CFA charterholder. |
