Mr. Armbrister brings over 10 years of financial services and capital markets experience as both an advisor and a principal. Mr. Armbrister’s advisory experience includes all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities, while his principal activities have included private equity investing and equity research.
Mr. Armbrister received his undergraduate degree in Economics in 1995 from the University of Virginia, and he participated in the Executive Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is a CFA Level III candidate and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. |
