Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Guarino was an associate at Peter J. Solomon Company, where he focused on the retail and consumer sectors and corporate restructurings.
Mr. Guarino received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
