Jonathan K. Sprole
Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Mr. Sprole leads Versa’s administrative and legal affairs functions.
A seasoned financial services attorney, advisor and manager supporting Versa’s administrative, legal, transactional and other needs, Mr. Sprole’s career includes over seventeen years with General Electric Capital Corporation where he served as General Counsel of GE Equity, GE Capital’s private equity arm, as well as General Counsel of GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group.
Most recently he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, the $20BN global biopharmaceuticals company.
Mr. Sprole received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an A.B. from Stanford University.
