Josh Becker
Associate Vice President
Mr. Becker’s career includes several years of private equity and investment banking experience. Prior to attending business school and joining Versa, he was a senior associate with Glencoe Capital, a Chicago based private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Becker worked at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance where he was primarily responsible for advising clients during corporate restructurings and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, a middle-market M&A and financial advisory firm.
Mr. Becker holds a B.S. from Indiana University and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
