Lee A. Garber
Senior Analyst
Mr. Garber’s professional career has focused on audits and special projects for large public companies.
Prior to joining Versa, he was with Ernst & Young LLP’s Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice. His experience includes audit engagements within various industries including insurance (life), gaming, government contracting and benefit plans. Mr. Garber also participated in various special projects focused on purchase accounting valuation, SEC filings reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance procedures.
Mr. Garber received a B.S.B.A with majors in Finance and Accounting from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
